The Professional Staff Association at Rhode Island College is the bargaining unit for approximately 165 employees in a variety of administrative, non-teaching faculty, and technical staff positions at the college.
Some examples of the many ways our employees serve Rhode Island College are: conducting student recruitment; offering student financial assistance; providing food and housing for our students; offering counseling and advising services; implementing and maintaining computer hardware, software, and networking services; enhancing campus life and campus buildings and grounds; and providing a host of other services.
The PSA@RIC is Local 3302 of the American Federation of Teachers (AFT), affiliated with the AFLCIO.
